This wonderful country house welsh Georgian oak chest on chest dates from around 1790, it has a moulded cornice with dental moulding above two over six graduating oak lined drawers with re instated brass handles. This super antique stands on shaped bracket feet and splits into two sections for easy removal, it has historical old repairs and is full of beautiful charm and character, the oak has aged to a warm medium shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
