Description

For sale this fine WW1 Royal Flying Corps issued cockpit 8 day Mark IV.A pocket watch by H Williamson Ltd London, circa 1916. This rare version has the silver dial which today is seldom found. Full military markings to the case back and dial, the complete watch is in excellent condition for its age. The watch has just been fitted to a new main spring and is in full working order holding time. Please refer to page 394 British Military Timepieces by Konrad Knirim for watch no 1760AF movement to 2099392.
