Here we have a rare and wonderful small George III Mahogany bachelors chest c1780. As you can see the chest has super colour and patina. This fine quality chest has a crossbanded edge to the top and of course hand cut thick veneers of the period. The sides are solid fine quality Mahogany and the chest sits on original bracket feet. There is a brushing slide and four graduating drawers with Oak linings and cockbeaded edges. The drawers have beautiful brass pulls and escutcheons and all run smoothly. A super chest of compact proportions in great retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 33 inches wide 32.5 high and 20 deep.
