Large Mahogany Scotch Chest of Drawers

Description

large mahogany scotch chest of drawers.

this handsome chest of drawers with fabulous barley twist columns comprises of 'secret' roll front frieze drawer, four small drawers flanking large central ' hat ' drawer with three further long drawers below all with turned wooden knobs and standing on turned feet.

some minor veneer ' nibbles, normal marks / scuffs commensurate with age and use, some old ( long dead ) worm holes to one foot but nothing obvious at all or which detracts from the chest itself which overall is a very good quality piece, in nicely figured mahogany and very solidly constructed with the added bonus of having a key which works some but not all locks.
