18th Century Cumbrian Antique Potboard Dresser.

This is a fabulous, Georgian antique oak potboard dresser base, an unusual model that dates from around 1780. A good, large size, this English antique oak dresser features three, moulded fronted drawers, all with the period brass swan neck handles. All in very good condition and a lovely, original colour, the dresser top is moulded and the legs have pierced, fret work corner brackets. The dresser stands on small original bracket feet. The potboard platform base would have been to display larger bowls and plates. Originally from Cumbria.
