A Stunning French Secretaire Wellington Chest of Drawers

19th century
Description

A stunning French Tulip wood Chest of Drawers in the manor Louis XVI each Serpentine shaped drawer front being cross banded with Rose wood and inlaid with fine satin wood line detail , the top drawers open to reveal a well fitted Secretaire consisting of two Mahogany lined drawers each faced with Tulipwood and also cross banded and inlaid , the writing surface has a Tan coloured gilt tooled leather the lock is engraved , the whole piece has high quality Ormolu casting consisting of estcusheons , pulls , drawer edges and mouldings .

Condition - fabulous having been fully restored to its former glory in our workshop .
