A very elegant Georgian mahogany chest of drawers.
George III c1790.
The drawers are oak and pine lined. Elegant brass oval handles, which appear to be a replacement, but are stylistically and age correct.
The mahogany used to make this pretty chest is particularly lovely, with lots of figuring and contrasting warm colours.
Standing on bracket feet.
Original backboards.
In excellent antique condition. Some minor historical professional restoration.
