In very good, original condition, this antique oak dresser features a flight of three moulded drawers to the centre, all have the original brass swan neck handles, the drawers are flanked by two storage cupboard doors which are fielded and hung by the period, Blacksmith made, iron butterfly hinges. Inside the cupboards is a single storage shelf to the centre of each. The oak finish is a lovely, original rich and even colour. This 18th century antique dresser also has rounded corners with a long and shaped inset panel and the dresser stands well on bracket feet. A good example of a Georgian Bewcastle antique oak dresser.
