Early George II Walnut Chest on Chest

Description

Circa 1720, original early George II walnut crossbanded chest on chest, the moulded cornice with canted corners over three short and three long drawers with cross and feather banding flanked by fluted angles; the lower part with a brushing slide over three long graduated drawers, all with original brass handles and escutcheons and oak liners. The chest on chest stands on bracket feet.
