Liberty Style Arts & Crafts Oak Sideboard

A charming Arts & Crafts sideboard in dark stained oak and dating to c.1880. The top section has a shaped top with central cupboard flanked by two shelves supported on wavy slats giving it a nice open and light appearance. The base has two drawers and removeable cutlery dividers have been added whilst the cupboard doors feature linen fold panels and open to reveal a demi-shelf to each side. With unusual copper decorative strap hinges and inverted heart shaped handles it has similarities to models sold by Liberty & Co in the period.

It is in good structural condition but does have marks to the top which has caused the veneer to lift slightly below, there is also a square patch repair to the top. The doors have locks but there are no keys (a good locksmith should be able to cut keys if given the locks.
