Chest of Drawers Arts and Crafts Oak by Harris Lebus C1904

Here we have a fantastic Edwardian arts and crafts Oak chest of drawers by Harris and Solomon Lebus c1904. As you can see the chest has great colour and patina. The chest is stamped on the locks H L and L for Harris Lebus. There is also a patent label which relates to the drawer construction and a date of 1904. The drawer is also stamped with the Rd number 469138 which again dates the chest. This fine quality chest has a top with super grain and a moulded edge leading to a desirable configuration of two over three drawers all of which have Oak linings. There are beautiful period original copper handles and reeded decoration to the drawers fronts. The chest sits on a plinth base. The chest of drawers benefits from lovely proportions 40 inches wide 39 high and 19 deep. A super period chest in excellent retail condition ready for your home.
