Georgian Antique Mahogany Chest on Chest of Lovely Small Proportions

This Stunning Georgian Antique Mahogany Chest on Chest circa, 1790 is of lovely small proportions, so would fit beautifully in most homes. They have a moulded cornice and beautifully figured fronts above two over five graduating oak lined cock beaded drawers with brass swan neck handles. This splendid piece stands on shaped bracket feet and splits into two sections for easy removal. The mahogany has aged to a warm rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
