Fine quality cherry wood chest of 5 drawers. French c 1880.

This delightful chest has an original mottled marble top. all original ormolu handles and fittings and stands on short cabriole legs.

The five drawers, including one in the base, run smoothly

and are completely solid in construction and have a working key.

Seen here in best showroom condition, having been wax polished to show off the mellow cherry wood.
