This is a lovely chest, that is full of age, charm and character.
Large, solid, strong and heavy.
No loose joints and the drawers slide freely.
Full of age charm and character, with period handles (one dissimilar, later nuts).
Overall maximum dimensions: 110cm wide, 47cm deep, 101cm high.
Old blue lining paper with marks and stains to the insides of the drawers as usual. There are a few woodworm holes, believed extinct, that we have treated for good measure. There are no keys and the locks are consequently untested. There are historic repairs to the splayed bracket feet (as is the norm).
