Fabulous English Antique Oak Military Chest of Drawers.

A superb quality, antique oak chest of drawers with ashwood lined drawers and complete with all the period unpolished, brass protective corners and flush fit handles.

Designed to be easliy transported on military campaigns, this antique chest splits into two at the waist and the turned feet un-screw off.

More unusual to find a 19th century military chest in oak which is a good, original coolour.

In very good condition through out, all drawers run smoothly. Just a small, old repair to one side. Dates from around 1840-50.
