Magnificent Quality Arts And Crafts Satin Walnut Antique Chest Of Drawers

Stamped by the makers RL and Co, this Magnificent Quality Arts And Crafts Satin Walnut Antique Chest Of Drawers date from around 1880 in the Victorian period. They have a beautifully figured rectangular top with moulded edge, above two over four graduating ash lined drawers with the original Arts and Crafts solid brass handles. With unusual shaped corner brackets and moulded edges this stunning chest stands on a plain plinth with castors and also benefits from the original backboards. The Satin Walnut has aged to a warm shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
