It has a beautifully figured top with reeded edge above a brushing slide with aged green baize interior. This sits above three graduating cock beaded drawers with cross banded edges and period brass handles. This charming chest has a reeded lower edge and stands on shaped bracket feet. The Mahogany has aged to a medium shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
