Georgian 18th Century rustic oak country tallboy chest on chest of drawers. Attractive reeded canted corners. Solid strong and very heavy...splits into two halves for transport. No loose joints and the drawers slide freely (some marks inside as is to be expected). Rare, with a great colour....has the wow factor. Full of age charm and character, almost a work of art.

There are no keys and the locks are consequently untested (locks missing in two drawers, dummies in 4 drawers). Later handles. There are historic extinct woodworm holes (expected for 18C country oak furniture), that we have treated for good measure. There have been repairs and alterations to the feet and cornice.

Overall maximum dimensions: 115cm wide, 55cm deep, 192cm high (86cm bottom, 106cm top).
