Georgian 18th Century mahogany tallboy chest on chest of drawers. This is a lovely chest, that is full of age, charm and character. Solid strong and heavy...splits into two halves for transport. No loose joints and the oak lined drawers slide freely (some marks inside as is to be expected). Rare, with a great colour and best patina....has the wow factor. Has the original ormolu handles and keyhole liners.

As with all genuine antique furniture, you can expect to see some historic knocks, marks, wear, imperfections, cracks, scratches, repairs and/or alterations. There are no keys and the locks are consequently untested. There are historic extinct woodworm holes (expected for 18C furniture), that we have treated for good measure.

Overall maximum dimensions: 119cm wide, 56cm deep, 183cm high (91cm bottom, 92cm top).
