Georgian Antiques has dated this piece to the 1800s.
The front of the sideboard has the classic configuration of a bow fronted drawer in the centre and another drawer in the apron below. On the right hand side of this is a deep wine drawer and there is a cupboard on the opposite side. These and the drawers have large oval handles with stylish pulls. The sideboard stands on 6 square tapering legs which are string inlaid on the front. At the sides, there are inlaid flame mahogany panels with crossbanding. The sideboard has great colour and patination.
Size 135cm high x 183cm wide x 67.5cm deep.
