A stunning Georgian chest of drawers in mahogany. The unusual layout – two banks of four graduated cockbeaded drawers – has a moulded-edge overhanging top and a simple plinth base support. Each of the solid oak-lined drawers have all four corners finely detailed with dovetail joints, and all of the solid brass swan-neck handles are original. This compact chest, possibly adapted many years ago, with an overall projection from the wall of only 15” (380mm), would fit particularly well where space is at a premium.
