Stunning Victorian Burr Walnut & Marquetry Display Cabinet

Description

A beautiful Victorian burr walnut and marquetry display cabinet, with ormolu banding and mounts. The quality burr walnut veneers are complemented by superb marquetry to the frieze. Two ormolu mounted and inlaid walnut columns and purple heart banding throughout finishes this quality piece of furniture. The interior being silk lined with two fitted shelves. Circa 1860 - 1870.

A truly stunning piece of furniture throughout, complete with working lock and key.

54 wide x 14 deep x 42 high inches

In excellent condition throughout.
