An Early 18th Century Oak Chest of Drawers of Superb Patina

An early 18th century oak chest of drawers of superb patina (colour).

This piece consists of a solid oak top, supported by a moulded edge.

The drawer configuration is two over three graduated drawers, all having oak linings.

The handles have been replaced over the years due to fashion changes, probably in the 18th century and would have originally been of 'drop' design.

The ends are of fielded panel design which is an unusual feature and adds to the uniqueness of the piece.

The chest of drawers is supported by four bracket feet.

This piece is in excellent, original condition, is of stable construction and can go straight into a home.
