Stunning Quality Victorian Scottish Large Antique Mahogany Chest Of Drawers

These Stunning Quality Victorian Scottish Large Antique Mahogany Chest Of Drawers circa 1860 have been constructed from stunning quality figured mahogany. They have a concealed beautifully figured freize drawer, perfect for storing all those valuables, above a central bonnet drawer. The right hand side has a double drawer whilst the left hand side has two small drawers, these sit above three graduating drawers with cock beaded edges and beautifully turned rosewood handles. These stunning drawers also benefit from beautifully turned column uprights and stand on four turned bun feet. The top has the usual character marks that you would expect from a true antique. The mahogany has aged to a rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
