Fine Quality Small Georgian Figured Mahogany Antique Chest Of Drawers

This Fine Quality Small Georgian Figured Mahogany Antique Chest Of Drawers circa 1790 have a beautifully figured top with moulded edge and cross banded edge ,finished with boxwood string inlay. This superb chest has two over three graduating cock beaded drawers with the original and unusual brass handles. The drawer fronts are beautifully figured and the chest stands on shaped bracket feet, also benefiting with the original backboards. The mahogany has aged to a rich medium shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
