Large 19th Century William IV flame mahogany sideboard or chiffonier. A rare and attractive piece of furniture. This is a lovely quality piece, full of age charm and character. Beautiful patina... a rare find, with a quality feel.

Cellarette (lead lined) in the bottom right hand corner. A good solid and heavy piece of furniture, with no loose joints and whose mahogany lined drawers slide freely. Separates into two halves for transport (top and bottom). We have a key.

As with all genuine antique furniture, you can expect to see some historic knocks, marks, wear, imperfections, cracks, scratches, repairs and/or alterations. Just a few historical woodworm holes, believed extinct, that we have treated for good measure. The rear upstand has been reduced in height historically, but somehow still looks right.

Overall maximum dimensions: 199cm wide, 59cm deep, 93cm high (+16cm high upstand).
