Stunning Quality Inlaid Georgian Antique Chest Of Drawers

This Stunning Quality Inlaid Georgian Antique Chest Of Drawers circa, 1790 has been constructed from stunning figured mahogany with beautiful decorative inlays. It has a cross banded top above a deep frieze with central decorative urn inlay and two secret drawers with boxwood string inlay. This stunning chest of drawers has a two over three graduating cock beaded drawers with beautifully figured fronts and decorative oval brass handles, brass key escutcheon and box string inlay. These stunning drawers have unusual column turned sides and stand on splayed bracket feet. The Mahogany has aged to a rich warm shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
