Lovely Victorian Satinwood Chest of Drawers.

19th century
Description

Here is a very good quality Victorian satinwood chest-of-drawers.

c1870.

The satinwood has wonderful figuring, which ripples and glows beautifully.

Having a rounded corner design, with two short over three long graduating drawers, having the original turned bun handles. Mahogany lined drawers.

All locks and escutcheons are present.

Standing on a plinth base.

Lovely warm mellow colour, having developed a lovely patina, with the original finish. Wax polished.

The condition is very good antique condition, having general signs of age and use. Some very small minor repairs.

The dimensions are.

Height-102.5cm.

Width-104cm.

Depth-50cm.
