Description

A high quality early Victorian Library Wellington Chest of dwarf proportions having the most superb colour and graining throughout. The drawers all Mahogany lined, retaining the original handles, locks and escutcheon, the whole raised on a plinth base with original inset castors to underneath. The top lifts up to reveal a storage well also all lined in Mahogany. In wonderful original condition throughout. Makers paper label to inside drawer "Jeffery Cabinet Maker, 3 Foundling Terrace, Grays Inn Road"

Dimensions: 85 cm ( 33 1/2 Inches), Width: 57.5cm (22 3/4 Inches), Depth: 41cm (16 Inches)
