This Superb Large Regency Figured Mahogany Antique Chest of Drawers dates from circa, 1830, they have a beautifully figured top with reeded edge above two over three drawers with cock beaded edging and turned handles. These lovely drawers have a beautiful figured front and stand on shaped bracket feet. This fine antique chest, has the usual old repairs consistent with age and use, giving great character and authenticity, the mahogany has aged to a warm shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
