Fine Regency Mahogany Antique Bow Fronted Chest of Drawers with Lion Head Handles.

This Fine Regency Mahogany Antique Bow Fronted Chest of Drawers dates from circa, 1830 and is of nice small proportions. This stunning chest of drawers has a beautifully figured bow front top above two over two graduating cock beaded drawers with quality brass lion head handles. The chest sits on a shaped apron with splayed bracket feet and has the usual minor marks on the top, as to be expected with a piece of this age, however this does not detract from the overall beauty of this stunning set of drawers. The mahogany has aged to a warm medium shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
