Fine Georgian Oak Antique Chest Of Drawers

This Fine Antique Chest Of Drawers dates from ca. 1800 and has been constructed by a true Georgian craftsman, with only the best figured oak timbers used. It has a rectangular top with moulded edge sitting above two over three drawer configuration, with finely turned original handles and unusual key escutcheons. The chest stands on Ogee bracket feet and the oak has aged to a rich warm medium shade, with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
