A Queen Anne Walnut Chest of Drawers C 1715

Description

A beautifully figured and well proportioned Queen Anne walnut chest of drawers c 1715 with quarter veneered and cross banded top above 2 short and three long frieze drawers. The penny drop handles and escutcheons are a later but sensitive replacement.The steel locks and oak lined drawers are original.

This elegant chest has faded to a lovely warm honey colour over the last 300 years and would grace any drawing room or bedroom.

Size 36 ins wide 23 ins deep and 33.5 ins high
