The turned feet screw off, for when taken on the campaign trail.
The rose wood timber has fabulous graining, unusual to find a military chest in rosewood.
The bottom section has the original owner stencilled, 'MRS JAS MACKENSIE'.
all the teak lined drawers run freely and the the chest is in very good condition overall.
Just a small blemish to the front, left on the top, as shown in images.
