The top is wonderfully figured with a bow front and sits above four graduating, also bow fronted, cock beaded drawers with ebonised turned handles. It stands elegantly on four splayed bracket feet and still owns its original backboards. This quality antique chest of drawers has very practical proportions providing ample storage space. It is a lovely rich medium shade of mahogany with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
