Impressive Antique Mahogany Chest of Drawers from the Regency Period.

Dating from around 1830 this antique mahogany chest of drawers is an impressive piece from the Regency period. It stands majestically on beautifully turned bun feet. The body of the piece is made up of two over three graduating oak lined and cock beaded drawers, all having turned handles. The rectangular moulded top sits above a beautifully figured deep frieze. This antique chest of drawers is a rich medium dark shade of mahogany with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
