Oil on Canvas Dutch Harbour Scene "P.h.duval"

Description

A large decorative oil on canvas depicting what appears to be a Dutch beach or harbour scene with the boat and its contents being landed while the crew meet their loved ones , a really interesting and busy painting with loads going on , far too much to mention , everytime you study it you see something else , a really pleasing oil painting !

I am no art expert but believe the artist to be a late 19th century painter by the name of P.H .DUVAL , i have researched simillar paintings by this artist that have sold at auction ,i believe we have priced the painting very sensibly due to the fact that it has been reframed and has had one very small repair (see last photo) not really noticable from the front because of the thick pallette used.

Approximate size of canvas only is 42" x 31 "
