Description

A mid 18th C oak bombe commode or chest of drawers, the scalloped top above a cascading body of three graduated drawers, above a deep and wavy lower frieze, the chest standing on lion paw and ball front feet, and the drawers with very decorative and detailed gilt brass escutcheons and handles.

A very good honest and early piece with wonderful, warm colour!
