Victorian , Mahogany Bow Front Chest of Drawers

Description

This beautiful chest of drawers was made around 1860, using the finest quality mahogany.

The quality of this piece is clearly shown by the cross banding around the edging of the drawers.

This is quite an unusual feature.

The chest stands on the four original feet and has the original wooden knobs. One or two of these are showing slight damage . I don't see this as a major problem as handles can be changed , but I do think that as this chest is truly original, it seems a shame to change them.

This chest stands 39 inches wide , no splits , no woodworm.

Delivery to England and Wales free, ask for a quote for delivery to Scotland.
