Shown here in country house condition , with one carrying handle broken. The middle drawer should of had a writing slope , and lacking turned feet

Overall this piece has an amazing patination and bags of charm and probably a huge amount of history
This piece is construced from solid camphor wood , even the back drawer linings etc etc
Behind each of the top small drawers are small secret drawers

Some of the locks have been changed during its life but all the brass handles are original and have an unusual detailing of a diamond lozenge inset with camphor wood
