From an estate in lancashire a superb large untouched 18thc oak and mahogany box seat settle with drawers under .

These useful 18thc lancashire settles were to be found in most country houses in the north.

Positioned in the hallway or tack room to store multiple items as well as boots .

This measures 165cms l 90cms h

It has a wonderful patina and colour and has been left since the 1780,s untouched which has created it.

A rare survivor and a true " country house" piece.
