Tinker & Toad has dated this Thonet Bentwood Hall Stand to the 1920s.
The wonderfully flowing bentwood frame is unmistakably Thonet in character, with sweeping organic lines, a central mirror, multiple coat hooks and a useful glove drawer beneath the rail. Although generous in function, it is slightly more compact than many bentwood hall stands of the period, making it an excellent choice where space is at a premium. As practical today as it was over a century ago, it provides ample hanging space while retaining the light, elegant appearance that has made Thonet's bentwood furniture so enduringly popular. Dimensions Height: 189cm Width: 93cm Depth: 30cm Condition Presented in good antique condition with age-related wear, marks and patina commensurate with its age and use. The mirror is in good order, and the drawer runs smoothly.
