A Longton Hall Porcelain Coffee Cup c.1757-60. With characteristic angular double scrolled handle, painted with the 'Goose' pattern of a red and a yellow bird beside rockwork and flowering peonies.

Literature: The Watney Collection of Fine Early English Porcelain, Part 3, 01 November 2000, lot 869.

The Billie Pain Collection of British Porcelain, November 26, 2003, lot 84.

Condition: Small filled chip to the rim. Also a very short hairline crack to the rim.
