Description

A lovely pine chest of drawers dating from late 19th / early 20th Century. The pine has a nice warm colour and a smooth waxed finish. It is a good large size with two short over three long drawers. Each drawer has its original turned wooden knobs and it stands on turned bun feet.

It is in very good condition for its age. Each drawer is generally clean and tidy and opens and closes smoothly. There are some signs of age and use with light surface marks and minor knocks but nothing detrimental. There are some signs of historic worm which has all been treated as a precaution and hasn't affected the piece structurally or aesthetically. It has been cleaned and had a gentle wax polish and is ready for use.
