The Traité complet de l'anatomie de l'homme (Complete Atlas of Human Anatomy and Surgery), produced by French physician Jean-Baptiste Marc Bourgery and illustrator Nicolas Henri Jacob between 1830 and 1854, is a foundational, 8-volume masterpiece of medical literature.
