Early 20th Century Pine Farmhouse Kitchen Dresser / Housekeeping Cupboard with Leaded Stained Glass & Hand Carved Doors

A wonderful early 20th century solid pine housekeeping cupboard, full of character and traditional craftsmanship. Pieces like this were once the heart of the kitchen, used for storing crockery, linens and everyday household essentials.

The upper section features two glazed cabinet doors, with a beautiful decorative stained glass centre panel, made using traditional leaded glazing. The coloured glass detail adds a lovely focal point while still keeping the classic farmhouse look.

Inside the top section you’ll find generous shelving, perfect for displaying plates, bowls, glassware or decorative kitchen pieces.

The base section is both practical and attractive. Beneath the serving surface sit four drawers, fitted with charming metal handles – ideal for cutlery, linens or everyday storage.

Below the drawers are two cupboard doors, each decorated with hand-carved panels, giving the piece a warm handcrafted feel and highlighting the traditional woodworking.

The dresser stands on turned bun feet, giving it a sturdy and balanced appearance while adding to its country furniture charm.

With its warm pine colour, decorative glass panel and carved detailing, this cupboard would look beautiful in a country kitchen, farmhouse interior, cottage home, dining room or even a characterful modern space.

A practical and decorative piece that brings both storage and charm into the home.
