It is in good condition for its age and is a nice country piece.
The drawers are generally clean and tidy and all open smoothly. There have been various old repairs over its lifetime but it is strong and sturdy. There are some old signs of worm, particularly in the back boards, which has all been treated as a precaution and has not affected the piece structurally or aesthetically. It has been cleaned and given a gentle wax polish and is ready for use.
