We verify their professional trade history, ethical standards, and photographic quality to ensure a secure, high-standard buying environment. Upon joining, every dealer agrees to a strict 9-point code of conduct. While issues can occasionally arise, our dealers typically resolve them swiftly and directly with the buyer. In fact, since our founding in 2002, Sellingantiques has only had to step in to help resolve an issue on roughly five occasions—a true testament to the quality of our dealers and their dedication to your happiness.
Our dealers are highly experienced in packing and shipping fragile, high-value antiques. Because you are in direct contact with the dealer, you will be able to easily go through all available shipping and insurance options together to ensure your item arrives safely.
Antiques are the ultimate green purchase. By choosing historical pieces over newly manufactured goods, you completely eliminate the carbon footprint of modern mass production while preserving exceptional, timeless craftsmanship.

Netsuke-style figurines are small, highly detailed miniature sculptures originally inspired by traditional Japanese carved toggles, often adapted by European potteries in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

Royal Worcester primarily utilised fine bone china and hard-paste porcelain, often finished with specialized gloss or matte glazes, and hand-painted details such as enamel touches.

Authenticity is verified through makers marks stamped on the base, including the Royal Worcester crown and circle symbol, often accompanied by dot systems indicating the specific year of production.

Small porcelain figurines can be styled as focal points on bookshelves, mantelpieces, or enclosed glass cabinets, paired with complementary neutral tones and natural materials.

Antique porcelain should be cleaned gently using a soft, dry brush or a damp cloth without harsh chemicals, avoiding immersion in water if the piece has old repairs or delicate hand-painted enamels.
