A long English 19th century antique solid pine bench seat from Cumbria around 1840. Featuring a turned spindle back rest with a moulded deep top rail and a solid, boarded pine seat. The arms are open and shapely that are supported by turning that run into the front legs. In superb, strong condition, perfect dining height so great for kitchen dining or for in a hallway or boot room. A lovely, even natural pine colour.
