Brief Description:

This is a very fine original 1844 Victorian Watercolour & Gouache Portrait Painting depicting a female beauty who is wearing an elegant silk dress with a small posy of flowers in one hand.

Painted by the listed British artist Alfred Henry Taylor (Active 1832-1867).

It is a beautiful example of Taylor's work, with exceptional attention to detail.

Mounted within a good quality 21st-century silvered and moulded frame.

Signed lower right corner and dated 1844.
